Whether you're starting a new anime, catching up on Marvel before the latest film, or working out where Doctor Who begins, this site gives you the answer in seconds.

What you'll find here

Every guide lists every entry in a franchise — films, series, seasons, specials and spin-offs — numbered in the order that works best for someone watching for the first time. Where a franchise has a genuine structural split, such as main series versus spin-offs or manga-canon versus filler episodes, you can filter the list. That's the only filtering we do.

What you won't find

Ratings, rankings, "skip this one" advice or "essential viewing" labels. You asked what order to watch things in, not whether they're any good. That part is up to you.

Accuracy

Every guide is researched and checked against release records, and anything released or announced recently is verified before it's published. Each guide shows the date it was last updated. Release dates for upcoming titles do move, so if you spot something out of date or out of order, please tell us and we'll fix it.
